What kind of partner are you looking for?
An investor partner who works directly in the restaurant, at least for the first two years. Financial capacity is necessary but not enough: we entrust the brand to people who look after it closely and think long term.
How much does it cost to open a Dal Moro’s Restaurant?
It depends on the city, the premises and the type of agreement. The financial study, including entry fee, royalties, equipment and branding, is shared once a preliminary agreement has been signed.
What training and support will I receive?
Training at our Venice headquarters and in your restaurant: kitchen, dining room, production, organisation and customer service. We also support you with the technical project, design and opening.
Can I open in another city or country?
Yes. We consider single-unit and master franchise projects for a city, a region or a country. In the United States, restaurant projects with table service are open. In Canada, India and Metro Manila a master franchise already covers some areas, so applications are subject to confirmation. Submitting an application does not reserve a territory or grant any rights to the brand.
Agreement, training language and visits
Duration and renewal are set out in the agreement for each market. Training is in Italian and English, and the manuals are available in English, Italian and Spanish. After the first meeting we arrange a visit to Venice or Málaga.

Before you sign. Before any signature or payment we provide the pre-contractual documents required by local law, for example:
Italy: full agreement and annexes at least 30 days before signing (Law 129/2004).
Spain: pre-contractual information at least 20 days before signing or any payment.
United States: Franchise Disclosure Document at least 14 days before signing or any payment.
Canada: disclosure document at least 14 days before, where provincial law requires it.
