A TABLEA THOUSAND MOMENTS
Let's Talk About
Your Visit
Come hungry. We'll tell you the rest.
What is Dal Moro’s Restaurant?+
Our way of enjoying fresh pasta at the table, with time to choose your recipe and share the moment. If you'd rather eat elsewhere, choose the format To Go.
Where can I find addresses and opening hours?+
On the Málaga page you'll find directions and opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 23:00 (kitchen until 22:15). Closed on Sunday. For other locations, see our restaurants.
Do I need to book?+
It isn't required: you can book your table online or walk in, and the team will let you know about table availability. See how your visit works.
What if we come as a group or with an agency?+
See the page Groups and agencies and send your request. The team must confirm the details and availability; sending the form does not confirm a booking.
Let's Talk About
The Menu
Your pasta. Your way of enjoying it.
How is the pasta served?+
In the Restaurant, pasta is served in small steel pans with a handle. Each restaurant's menu shows the recipes available.
Where can I see the menu?+
Abre the Restaurant menu. You'll find starters, fresh pasta, desserts and drinks, with the published price of each item.
Can I go straight to desserts or drinks?+
Yes. The menu steps are clickable: you can switch sections, jump to the end and go back to the dishes. Anything you've already added is kept along the way.
How do I choose my pasta and how many portions?+
In Fresh Pasta, choose the category and the recipe. Select the available options and the number of portions. A single button, “Add to order”, confirms that choice in your selection.
Let's Talk About
Ingredients and Preferences
Choose knowing what's in your dish.
How can I check ingredients and allergens?+
Open the “Ingredients” and “Allergens” sections of each recipe. If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell the team before ordering so they can check the preparation and your needs with you.
Is the whole menu Halal Friendly?+
The Halal Friendly information applies to the marked recipes, not the whole menu. We also serve dishes with pork and alcoholic drinks. See Our Halal Friendly options and confirm your choice with the team.
What does the strong or salty flavour note mean?+
Some traditional recipes, such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Gricia, use naturally salty ingredients. Read the highlighted note on the recipe: it helps you choose a flavour that suits you.
Can I ask for changes or check a preference?+
Ask the team before ordering. They'll tell you which changes are possible for the recipe and preparation at that moment. Don't assume a change is confirmed just because you wrote it in a note.
Let's Talk About
At the Table
Small details. A clear bill.
Which dishes are finished at the table?+
Look for the “Prepared at your table” badge on the recipe. It marks the dishes that include this special moment beside you. Not every dish has this service; the Caesar Salad is not prepared at the table.
How much are service and the cover charge?+
Service and cover is €2.50 per person. The bill simulation calculates it from the number of guests you enter. See Service, tips and cover charge.
Is tipping compulsory, and does my selection send an order?+
Tipping is entirely voluntary and starts at “No tip”. Your selection and “Your Bill” are there to help you prepare your choice and estimate the total; confirm the order and the bill with our team.
How do I contact Dal Moro’s Spain?+
