DAL MORO’S · INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
This cookie policy explains browser storage on dalmoros.net, for Fresh Pasta To Go and the Fresh Pasta Restaurant.
Controller
DAL MORO’S CONSULTING S.R.L., VAT number IT04447040272. Piazzale Cesare Rossarol 8, 30175 Marghera, Venice (VE), Italy. Contact: info@dalmoros.it.
What Cookies Are
They are small files that can be stored in your browser. Other technologies, such as sessionStorage, also store information. Their use and duration depend on their purpose.
Before You Choose Tour Memory
The tour uses dalmoros.net’s own storage to remember your progress and give access to the requested menu. These answers are not used for advertising or audience measurement.
- Cookie: dmff-menu-intro
- Value quiz-v5; scope: this site and path /. Remembers that the tour has been completed. Maximum expiry: 30 days. SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. Restarting the tour deletes this cookie.
- Local storage: dm-choose-v5
- Stores the version, the six correct answers and their validity date. Reused for up to 30 days. Contains no name or email.
- Local storage: dm-choose-complete-v5
- Stores tour completion, its version and validity date for up to 30 days.
The 30-day limit on local keys restricts their reuse by the code; it does not mean the browser automatically deletes all data when it expires. You can delete them with “Restart” in the tour or from your browser settings. Restarting takes the tour back to the beginning.
Earlier versions could use the session cookie dm_format_seen. It is not privacy consent. The tour memory is used only for menu access, separately from any form consent.
WordPress Technical Storage
On 17 October 2026 the WordPress emoji detector was disabled for public browsing, to avoid its storage checks and replacement images from its CDN. Previously opened tabs may temporarily keep the session key wpEmojiSettingsSupports until that session ends.
Admin sessions may use WordPress login and preference cookies. These are separate from browsing by a visitor who is not logged in. Security and hosting components may process technical data to protect and serve the website.
Google Maps and Other External Services
Contact and location pages offer external links to Google Maps. They do not load an embedded map or its cookies within these pages. Google is only accessed when you open the link, and its own terms apply. The same happens when you open WhatsApp. See Google’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Analytics and Forms
The website has Google measurement tags configured, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These optional tags stay blocked until you select “Accept optional”. “Necessary only” lets you continue without loading them. Contact Form 7 scripts are served from this website.
The “Privacy” centre, available from the side button, lets you accept or reject optional tags and change an earlier choice. If you reject them after accepting, the identified first-party measurement cookies are deleted and the page reloads to stop the tags. Third-party cookies can also be managed from your browser.
- Local storage: dm_optional_consent_v1
- Stores the “allow” or “deny” choice and its validity date for up to 180 days. Contains no name or email. The code stops reusing the choice when it expires; you can delete it from your browser settings.
- Optional measurement cookies
- If you accept, Google may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and interactions. Their configuration and duration depend on the tags published in Google. You can withdraw your permission from the “Privacy” centre and see the Google information linked above.
How to Manage Storage
You can view, delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser’s privacy settings. In “Before You Choose”, the “Restart” option deletes dm-choose-v5, dm-choose-complete-v5 and the dmff-menu-intro cookie and takes the tour back to the beginning. Blocking this memory may stop the completed tour from being remembered. Opening or closing the “Privacy” centre does not change your choice. Only the accept or reject buttons save a preference.
You don’t need to enable Google Maps within the website: it opens through an external link. You can choose not to open it.
Scope of the Review
This information is based on the code, the configured services and the served HTML that were reviewed. It is not an exhaustive inventory measured in every browser or of every hosting service. The anonymous inventory of security and hosting storage is still awaiting a full check.
If analytics, advertising or other technologies requiring consent are enabled, the information and the controls to accept, reject and withdraw consent must be added before they are used.
