It's fresh pasta made to take away: you choose the pasta, the sauce and the extras available in the shop. The idea was born in Venice.

In Málaga, a pasta dish with sauce costs €7 to €13; extras €0.50 to €2; drinks €1.50 to €3.50; and tiramisù €4.50 (VAT included). The full menu opens after Before You Choose. Prices may change.

We aim for a texture that is firm to the bite, typical of al dente pasta. Our fresh pasta is made with durum wheat semolina.

The aim is to balance the ingredients so that none overpowers the others. A delicate sauce lets you taste the pasta and each component.

Italian tradition guides our recipes and the choice of their ingredients.

It's our label for recipes made without pork or alcohol: we don't add them intentionally. It is not an official Halal certification; if you need one, ask the team before ordering.

The Menu includes a printable table with the allergens in every sauce, extra, dessert and drink. Before ordering, confirm with the team: a single combination may contain several allergens.

We cannot confirm any gluten-free option or its suitability for people with coeliac disease. Our durum wheat semolina pasta contains gluten.

Yes: the menu separates meat, vegetarian, vegan and fish sauces. Check the ingredients and allergens of each sauce and of any extras you add.

Tell us before ordering, even if you've already tried a recipe in another shop. The team will check the ingredients and see whether your request can be met.

It is not a guarantee of zero risk. HACCP is a system for preventing and controlling food safety hazards.

We serve generous portions. As a rough guide, a full combination weighs about 400 to 800 g, depending on the pasta, sauce and toppings.

We use a single box in one size. There are no small, medium and large sizes.

Enjoy it as soon as we hand it to you: that's when the texture of the pasta and sauce is at its best.

Follow the instruction on the box: don't close it. Closing it traps steam and can change the texture of the pasta.

We recommend eating it freshly made. If you close the box and wait, the pasta can clump together and soak up more sauce.

We're at Calle Granada, 63 (City Centre, 29015 Málaga). Opening: 1 December 2026. Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12:00 to 18:00; closed on Sunday.

No: the Fresh Pasta To Go shop has no tables or chairs. You order at the counter and take your pasta with you.

We don't take bookings for the To Go format. Just come to the shop and follow the team's directions to order.

Every order needs preparing: cooking the pasta just right, tossing it with the sauce and adding the extras you chose.

You can pay in cash, by credit or debit card and by contactless/NFC. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We don't offer home delivery or online orders or payments: you order and pay in the shop.

Choose a place where eating is allowed and respect the signs and local by-laws.

Put your waste in the appropriate bins or containers, following their signs and the local rules.
